Do you doubt about your reservation?

  • At what point should I pay the reservation or service?

    Reservations must be paid before the service is carried out. Until then the reservation will not have such consideration. No service is reserved until payment has been made. Otherwise we will need you to provide us with your card details as a guarantee.


    You can pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card. or if you prefer it in cash directly to the driver, once you arrive at your destination.



    In short: if you pay before great!, But we will need a card.

  • Why should I give my card? I want to pay in cash or by transfer

    The card is necessary as a guarantee for any reservation, although if you do not want it, we will not pass any charges to you, so that you can pay in cash or by bank transfer after performing the service.



    If you are going to make the payment before, by transfer, or with the payment link that we can send you, we will not need any card.

  • What will you use my card for?

    We will use it only as collateral until you give us authorization to collect.

  • What is a payment link?

    We can send you via email, WhatsApp or SMS a link where you can click and you will be redirected to a payment gateway to make the payment of your invoice or reservation with your credit or debit card.



    For this, it will obviously be necessary to have internet access.



    During this process, no one will have access to your card details. Furthermore, the transaction is totally secure and private.

  • What is CVV and where can I find it?

    The CVV or CVC (Card Verification Value) code is a group of 3 numbers located on the back of the credit card. (On American Express cards this digit consists of 4 numbers and is located on the front of the card).



    This code is used as a security method in transactions in which the card is not physically present, such as purchases over the phone or the Internet.

  • Is it safe to provide my card details?

    Don't worry, your card data is encrypted using the TLS protocol and we will erase it when the service has ended.



    In any case, we will respond to any problem.

  • Will I receive an invoice?

    Of course. You will receive a legal invoice by email.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    Yes. As long as you comply with the requirements established in our contract conditions document.

  • We carry a lot of luggage. What happen?

    Well, before booking you will have to indicate the amount of luggage you carry with you. This is necessary to adapt our amount and the type of vehicle.



    Take this point into special consideration since if upon arrival the load exceeds the trunk of the vehicle, it can be a major inconvenience. The service could be terminated, and / or another vehicle would have to be requested (all at a higher cost).



    Please, it is essential to notify if you are traveling under 12 years or if you are going to take special equipment, such as skis.
